Well I think I am finally over the hump and moving down hill on my 1949 Ford Coupe.
Have to do most all of the work from my handicap scooter, as my knees and back are shot, but just can't give it up.
I have the 1953 Ford Flathead running well off a gas can, as well as the radiator in with most all hoses hooked up. Will install gauges this week, then put in anti freeze :) Also have the Lakes Pipes secured as well as hooked up and functioning. Used piston rods for brackets.
Last week I actually spent four days in the shop.. a really great week for me :)
Coming along on the body work, as well as front end modifications too.
Darn determined to have it on the road this spring.
Remember now, I am an (80) year old blue collar builder.. do most all of it myself, and don't claim to be professional at all. Just do my thing and love it.
The front and body work are just roughed in yet, but hopefully you can see where I am going with it.
Picture is with my Pastor's Son, who helps me on Saturdays :) as well as a coupe of it when I got it
