Small altinator

    I'm helping a friend put a SBC into a Model A and the alt wont fit in the lower locatiion. And the upper location doesn'r engauf=ge the water pomp very well

    I'll have to get you the part # of the very small gm alt. that I used om my a . there is plenty of room but you'll have to fab a bracket.
     
  3. This was a topic of several threads not too long ago.
    Do a search for "Geo" or "Metro" alternators. Also, try a search for "Mitsubishi" alternators.

  5. Here's mine. Honda Nippondenso and homemade brackets. Made to fit inside a hood that I never got built.

    I put a 10SI (Delco 1 wire type) on my 350 in a model a highboy--duece frame---used a P.A.W. LOW MOUNT---it was tighter than some others i've seen.
