i wish i knew, brother; finding the right combination of pulley, balancer, and alternator brackets that get the belt in anything RESEMBLING a single plane is a bitch. at one time i even fabricated spacers to fit between the water pump pulley and the flange to bring it out even. Ford did NOT make all things equal on SB's. i spent two days scrounging the local pic-n-pull for pulleys the last time i swapped a V8 into my Falcon.

I used the March pulley set that has just the alternator, crank and water pump pulleys.Sorry,I don't remember the part number, never could find a stock single pulley set up. ROY.

Try to find a mid 70s truck without power steering and you will get the pulleys you need, they are kind of hard to find but they are out there as I found a few sets down through the years. I only found one set on a car and it was a 70 torino but the rest were trucks and had a 69 van with a 302 without p/s years ago.

Junkyardjeff is correct. I've been fooling with small block fords for years. Unless you're lucky enough to find a 1969-70-71 ford car with no power steerting you're stuck with looking for a mid to early 70's ford truck. I 've used pulleys from a 302 as they are the same. They maybe different diamaters but shouldnt matter on a 351. Of course March makes a set as does Ford Motorsport if you want aluminum. Happy hunting!
