I kind of feel like a tool for doing this but here goes...

If you're in Portland maybe you know this guy? He bought something from me (buy it now) and has yet to pay or return my latest e-mails and phone calls. Last contact I had was before X-mas. Mildly annoying since I didn't just list the item for my amu*****t...I actually DID want the money for it. I was cutting some slack since it was the holidays but I'm done now. I'd just like to find out if he plans on paying at all so I can leave feedback and be done. Posting this here on the off chance someone might know this guy first hand. Shoot me a PM if you think you can help - I don't want to list his info here. Thanks.

Just leave a negative feedback and re-list the thing.

Yeah, the lightbulb just went on to check his recent feedback. Turns out this year he has already paid for some Winters quick change parts ($125) and a boxed set DVD of Grumpier Old Men ($18). Hahaha, what a ****ing douchebag.

The worst thing is that because of this guy I missed out on at least two things I NEEDED to make my car happen. It all comes back around.

Reason #2,758 why eBay ****s.... [IMG]

  5. Here is the # reason why e-bay ****s, I buy a hub cap for $3.50 for some room decoration I send them the check, they send me abuse constantly for not paying, turn out they gave me the wrong adress, I send it out again, the don't get it, constant abuse about not paying I give them the tracking number and it turns out FEDEX lost it. By they way they have already left negative feedback for me at this time. I send it out a third time!!! Their bank won't accept Canadian checks (not my problem!) the demand that I send them the $3.50 I have sent 3 times already and an additional $25.00 to cover their banking fees!!! I tell them to screw off because I haven't even got the damn $3 cap despite the 3 checks I sent them. Long story short the send me a grand total of 72 e-mails in a 5 week period, demand $28.50 for something that got the high bid of $3.50, I got 3 different negative feed backs from them and they reported to E-BAY that they had sent me the cap and I was a non payer despite their attempts to contact and E-BAY throws me off with out even hearing my story!!! And that boys and girls is why E-BAY stinks!!! [IMG]

I had a guy pull 2 auctions on me this afternoon. Both from the same guy, both no reserve. One a Jag parts car, another a Jag rear end. Hell I'd rather buy them from someone here. I guess maybe I should ask. but the point is he pulled the auctions cause they didn't get high enough. Dip**** doesn't understand "no reserve". Damn ****tards...

Pulling auctions is within the guidelines of ebay, it really ****s when you're bidding on an item and then it goes off auction, but it is legal. I've *****ed about it many time to ebay but they always side with the seller, let's face it...the seller's the one who pays the fees to ebay. My biggest complaint is that if I, as a buyer, pull my bid then I get a black mark on my feedback...if the seller pulls his item off auction then nothing happens. It's ********!

By the way, I have a Jag rearend out of an 89 XJS with a V12. It has 3.07 gears and is complete with sway bar. I was going to use it in my Merc but found a Corvette IRS that I am using. I got about $450 in it, if you're interested send me a PM....

I guess I just got lucky. I sold about twelve items recently and no one stiffed me. Bought about the same amount of items and again no one stiffed me.
