t 5 for sure. i converted the 40 columbia to open drive because i cant figure out how to shorten the torque tube and shaft. (no offense kevin). on a serious note though, i would rather rollerblade for transportation than shift a 5 speed behind a flathead..

I just bought a 1947 cad. flathead and trans. today, it's open drive line from the factory. should I convert it to torqe tube? Its also a hydro, I know you hate automatics. this is why the snugglers broke up. on a serious note I would like to see you rollerblade, you should get dayglow green zebra striped spandex.
