a real "blown" bubble top..Ed Roth style...i think Tuck was talking about it..Moriaty has it down...

so whats up? any leads on something like this?

Ed keeps talking to me in my slumber about a project, the first time he told it to me,i really enjoyed it,but the bubble issue was the main factor...

..the sceond time he told me,,i dismissed it ..

..he keeps telling me to DO IT...

    ....anybody have any ideas???

    Sammy,
I'm interested in this too,...I've got a "Top Secret" project in the works,...Tuck and I talked briefly about it at the Pile Up, but didn't get to the actual nut's-and-bolts of blowing a bubble.

I think he used an extra that Moriarty had,...right Tuck?

    cool,Fritz... the Roswell Rod!

ive been thinking about a crazy wacky TOP SECRET bubbletopped project, of course the hardest part in my plan would be the bublle itself,
i remeber reading about the Xsonic and how i guess the made a frame that was to be the premiter of the shape of the bubble then had it blown???
..like a tear drop shaped bubble. it may be a year or so before i even get into this project ive been thinking about, but im trying to get an idea of how it works ..as far as determining shape???

is it mounted to a frame so they can be hinged up???

are they very expensive to have made???

  12. those are Cool- I was wondering this- are they super hot to actually drive? My 58 El Camino has the large rear glass and I tell you when you drive East at sunset it will MICROWAVE the shit outa your kneck!

Course the bubble would have to be pretty BIG to get Sammys fat head in it!!! [IMG] [IMG] Maybe the bubble could be treated with some kind of darkening agent like the newer windshields have to help cut down on the glare and sun.

You ready for HRR Sammy?? Got my entry form inna mail a couple days ago. Now if I can just get that Friday off work I'll be set.
