Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by desertratrodder, Feb 14, 2007.

  1. Dave, just tell them you cant come in..It works for all my employees..
I'd like to talk about 41's with you.

Chevy Girl, you and all out of towners are welcome as well.

It looks like the crusher might be here that weekend. You might be able to see a few get mushed.
Still working on the demo. I have a few in the line up.

  2. OK, one week away!

I hope this gets stuck on the Events board at the bottom.

I will contact all of you that are bringing stuff, and helping out with setup and takedown tomorrow.

I think I need a couple more helpers.

Theres been a few changes to the schedule so please see the first post.

    Thanks, Ray

  3. Back to the top.

    6 days to go.

I'll be there at 8AM, so if you want to come early, please do.

    Be there!!!!

  4. Just a few more days.

I guess I need to figure out what I'm cooking!!

  5. It does not rain here much. But if it is cloudy or raining in the San Fernando Valley, it can be windy up here. Like today.

If the crush cars arent all mashed by Saturday, I will give killer deals/ some things for free off those late model junkers.
The crusher guy must clear out an area for the demo..

Chevnut will be there in spirit. This weekend is a primer weekend for the Chevy that is all apart at the moment. I have got to get this thing together again and drive. Wish it was a week later. If the turnout is good which looks like it is, maybe you can make it an annual event? Way cool of you to put something like this together and way cool on the invite.

...and I want everyone to know that we can usually find crash space for folks not wanting to drive after the show. I usually put up a bunch of folks at my place, and my friends usually open up their homes as well. Parking and security is not a problem. We all get up in the morning and go back to the Rock Inn to get some vitamin G (grease) and ****** Marys before splitting off in our various directions.

So if a place to stay was a deal breaker before, fergetabou***. Come on up!

Olds is not ready for the hill. So I have to stay local. Bummer. Have fun, folks. Post pics for those who can't go…

  14. Phil, that ****s that you arent going to make it.

Maybe the next one this summer.

    Tomorrow is it, everybody!!

You will want to look for a yellow and black sign with a big red arrow on top. Do not go to Jones, which is right on 90th st. If you see Iranians, you are in the wrong place!!

I'm at the end of the dirt road. The road is a bit bumpy, so keep it slow.

    See you all tomorrow!

Ray 661 406 1229 in case you get lost.

Any better pics of the light green roadster with save across the deck lid. What is it? I've gotta guess but want to be sure.

Thanks for the fun time Ray. Meet a great bunch of people and their rides, walked the wrecking yard drooling, and filled up on great food. It was well worth the drive just to talk shop.

Oh **** thats a lot of pics of me going postal, I should be embarr***ed but I'm not, perfectly good way of taking out aggression. like I said **** Toyota! That looks like just a stick I'm swinging but its a huge drill bit for drilling in the ground.
anyways thanks a lot Ray and good meeting all of you that attended. I got a few cool little videos of those airbags we blew off but I dont have any way posting a video.

  30. Thanks to all that came out and nice meeting you all. We had a good time, blew some **** up and broke more. The weather was great, too.

Somebody help Prime Mover with that video..it should be cool.

I'm already planning the next one! Maybe an Antique Nats afterparty..thats if they have it at LACR this year.
