I'm Ed and I live in Santa Clarita. Got wind of the Van Nuys cruises but I was up in Seattle last week, then I heard about this site having the info. I have 2 toys, my '66 Olds 442 that I've had since 1999 and my '06 Dodge Ram diesel daily driver that thinks it's a 7000 lb hot rod as it goes 103 mph in the 1/4 mile. I've been around hot rods all my life, Mom was an NHRA Super Stock racer from 63-68, drove the Porter Chevrolet '63 Z-11 Impala and Dad was an independent.
