Hot Rods So Can I Stay or Should I Go

Some of the best buys out there now are 80's rods with colored powdercoated bumpers , over the top interiors and billet all over the engine. It wouldnt take a lot to make a respectable HAMB friendly car out of them and It'd be an interesting build thread.
Theres one by a dentist here on the HAMB (Cant find it now) but its worth a look if you can find it.

So the chrome thinghys are now gone took them back to Wallmart for a refund and we are now doing a little striping.

 

A different set of wheels,some rubber on the running boards and some correct styled running boards and I think it would be real cool looking. HRP

 

Just goes to show you that there is sometimes a fine line between a traditional car and a street rod. It looks better already with the glue on portholes off, and the striping will help too. With some different wheels it will really start to change, as well as ditching the mirrors.

Looks like a solid car otherwise.
