So, I'm trying to get the correct fitment for a 40 pedal mount on my 35 frame. I've used the search engine and the more I read the more confused I get. Some say one of the holes lines up, but then the pedals foul on the frame. Some say it mounts in a different orientation? Could someone who's done this point me in the right direction please ?
I'm just trying to get as much done whilst waiting for the shell to be returned from the panel shop. But that might not be for a while with this damn virus :(

Based on our drilling template for our pedal assembly, the upper rear hole is the same for all the OEM pedal mounts. The other three from the 40 mount will need to be drilled. Also, the round hole in the X that the pivot fits through will need to be opened up for the 40 unit. The shape is basically a teardrop shape.
