I bought a 65 fury from a buddy, he had named it Lilith. He said it was because it was an evil whore. It was a good car to me.

  8. My 35 has been belly to the sky so I thought "FLIP" might be appropriate. Not done deciding. It's haunted too so "PIXIE" has also been considered.

    I call mine Casper

  11. Only one of my vehicles has a name. It was given the name by a friend of mine shortly after I bought it. We were perpetually tinkering on it and 1/2 the time either things had to be done twice or took twice as long as it should (beer may have been the partially to blame). Inevitably another "problem" would pop up after one was fixed. Well it's a green and at the time rusty Land Cruiser. My friend dubbed "Oscar" as in the grouch. 14 years later I may have finally cured the rust, but there is always something broken, leaking, seized, worn out, burned out, dry rotten, stripped, etc... What a fitting name. I am a firm believer in a vehicle earning it's name through it's "personality". Neither the 40 Ford nor the 63 T-bird are at the point to have earned their name since I have bought them. I will not give them a name as that is given by someone else. Guess I am weird that way.

All my cars was named after the last owner. That might be a little odd, but I like it.

  17. I am thinking about naming mine Alphabet Soup like my handle. Because mine has parts from so many different cars. But my wife thinks I should call it "The Jewel". The nickname she gave it when I brought it home. Because it was so rough.

I've named all my cars. But I've also wrecked them, too. I don't think this one is getting a name any time soon. Maybe just 'the 57'. Lower case 't' and everything.
