Leaving GG northwest. I saw him pull out and hit the gas to catch up. I think I freaked him out..

  11. Fuck Yeah! 5 stars all the way! I saw the Doug Rice '39 at Bonneville last year what an amazing custom. I ogled it for 10 minutes at the Golden Nugget.

I suppose the number of truly all-purpose hot rod / customs is very small, but I'd put this one at the head of the pack. Gary

How many customs (or any car, for that matter), are still on the road in their original condition? Especially a radical custom that has been to the salt since forever, etc.

    Thanks for posting!!

  19. My youngest son (28) went with me to Bonneville for his first time last year. He likes the old cars but isn't overly crazy about em like I am =)

But when he saw that car driving out on the salt he about flipped out. He told me that is the coolest car he has ever seen.

  22. saw it at bonneville last year, hands down maybe the coolest car out there.

kudos to you for not hanging out next to a fellow rodder doing 65 just so you could have a 5 minute video of it driving.:) (not to mention you also didnt decide to try and hold a conversation with him about it while driving)

    awesome:cool:

I fucking hate living here. I saw an S 10 Blazer while I was out today...

  25. I saw that car several times last year at B'ville. I took lots of pics of that. To be quite honest, at the time I did not know the significance of that car. I just thought it was an amazing custom coupe! As I found out during the event, it is indeed a very historic car! What a beauty!
