Unfortunately, this has changed....The T will be missing this years "party" because It will not be back from it's California vacation at the Cal Auto Museum until July 5th :(....so you won't miss it this year.

It WILL be there NEXT YEAR for sure! :D

don't really have anything new to post. if the "BUTCHER JOB" won't make it legally, i still would like to drag it up behind my old school tow-truck. i won't do the cruise, but maybe an e-brake and rear hydrulics should get me in the show. i just wanna hang-out with you cool dudes & some cool cars:)

Yep...and it's awesome!! Very Old School...my buddy took his dad with us, an Old Outlaw Strip guy from the 60's...from the midwest...when we got there, he stopped, looked around...smiled and said, "Holy Shit...I'm seventeen again!", wishing he had his old '55 Gasser he drove into the ground drag'n every Friday & Saturday back in the day!! Good Times!!!

i will have to have my dad bring a car. maybe the bone stock 49 plymouth suburban with the flattie!!! wonder what that would do....

so is it for "traditional" rods only, or "run what ya brung" for anyone?

Last year it was run what ya brung, but I think this year he's gonna hold out for more traditional... I just hope the rail comes back! He only got one pass in last year, so cool to see an authentic rail going down the strip...

looks like fun. my buddies dad and uncles race nostalgia front engine hemi dragsters, i should see about talking him into bringing one of them up. talk about getting your heart going when one of those babies fires up!!

on a side note, i will have some art like the following at my booth at the show. i will have some "finished"stuff, the way i do it. but i will also have a bunch of bare steel, finish yourself or let it rust, buy it cheap art also, so bring some extra money for yard art, wall art for your shop, or something to piss the old lady off with!!

here are a few examples of what i will have.
(sorry about the non classifieds plug!!)

I have never been to billetproof and not sure if my pickup will be ready in time. Might have to head down in a normal car and just check out the festivities.

we might be close... pre-reg is up.

There is room at the fairground for many more cars, we'll just have to do some reconfiguring if it happens. There isnt shade for everyone if we go over 750, but lots of room.

  27. We might have to get on the road a little earlier than 4:00 but if not would you guys mind three rusty trucks joining you for the drive and make the snowball a little bigger? Where are you meeting?

The weather looks GREAT for the weekend... sunny and 70 all weekend!!!

I'm almost afraid to say that for fear that it will bring on the rain... but its looking good now.

no excuses... show up with a good attitude and have a good time.
