If "life is what happens while you're makin' other plans" then it's time to get back to the plan. I'm old enough to have surrendered countless "little pages" R&C's to my school teachers - man, those cars looked so cool even in green ink! None of my 'ol cars were allowed on campus back then - too much noise and leakage. I've owned a bunch of 50's, 60's and F-100 drivers since, but no real hot rods. I've built and rebuilt one in my head for too long. Well then work, kids, bills, work, etc. For the past 25 years I have run an ad agency promoting many of the street rod names you all would recognize. Yes, lots of shine and billet - I'm glazed over by now. Not knockin' them - they're artists in their own style and they pay my mortgage! Now, I'm finally collecting for a trad. roadster project - 29 on Deuce rails. Maybe an Olds or early Caddie (like the one I dumped into a creek 36 years ago). Who knew that junk would be gold today! I owe the "Round Up Guys" and Ryan's killer site for the final punch to get me going again.
