Can it be link it so as soon as people sign up, they get sent to the rules?

If you put them right in someone's face, they are more likely to read them, so won't but they can't say they never saw them.

 

Yeah... make it like that annoying old Microsoft paperclip thing. And make it so it only go away if they scroll ALL THE WAY through the rules and click "agree". And make it cycle back on for members who are away a lot.
