Crawled under and checked the diff and ****** oil levels. Southern exposure, a nice day, so I sat in the sun and contributed to the s**** aluminum box. (Old Milwaukee)

Saved myself $1000... I took my welder to a shop to look at it cause it had stop working. It was maybe 4 years old. They told me the transformer had blown out. (I baby the hell out of this mig welder.) The whole thing sounded fishy so I told them to put it back together and I would be up to get it. They charged me $45 to look at it and also told me they would give me 100 dollars credit toward a new unit. And to fix the unit would be 1150.00!!!!

I took the panel off, found a burned connection, cut the connection back reconnected and better than new. I was so mad I could hardly see straight. Money has been tight this year and they wanted to hold me down an Fk me.

This was a Dallas welding shop on Northwest Hwy.

Got a lot done today, we took the truck bed off my dads truck, and me and my buddy took the whole front clip off my 43 Ford, we did it in a couple of hours, with only a couple of lights, no heat, and all after dark. We had a fun time.

Spent some serious time thinking about all of the **** I've got do before spring. Looked outside see that it wasn't above freezing. Watched some of the rescue operations going on in Haiti................took a nap.

Finished sanding up my '37, now that all the metal work is finished, so I can take some pictures before knocking it apart to epoxy it. Thanks to my buddy Al and his incredible metal working skills on the roof chop and tons of other repairs and alterations. front view.jpg
