So, What happened at Rumblefest over the Weekend

I tried to get a few more heat races going but these guys used this as a play day...lots of crew and family members driving the cars.

Next year we'll try to get them to get a little more serious... plus I want to have a full bore racing program going at least one night.

The atmosphere with the old covered grandstand is pretty cool...

I got there around 9:30ish on Saturday night to see the bands. I had a great time! Saw some friends and drank some beer. Stayed til late Sunday afternoon. Bought some cool junk I didn't need at the swap. Having two stages was cool, and they were far enough apart that they didn't interfere with each other. My only issue was deciding which stage to listen to, as all the bands were good. How often do you get to see a channeled deuce turnin' laps in the dirt? See you next year!
