So, Who does louvers in Ohio?

I wanted to get my hood done over the winter, but I'm having a hell of a time finding anyone with a louver press. I've gotten an answer from one person and it was, and I qoute, "Yeah, that old man did 'em, cheap too! But hell, he's been dead for 25 years!" Thanks, fat lot of good that does me now, bub.
Anyhoo, if anyones got a lead, I'd appreciate it.
