Who you callin' Pagen?????? Why would you think the car has 20"kick in the rear and 6" up front? The legs are flat on the floor, unlike your chicks split in the air.. ..........
Jeez, not another pos death rod MR. Midnight told me to say that "Hey, that thing got and HEMI" "Yer about ta find out" Thats ok Jim,I like it alot. I don't pay attention to what Robert says about it.
Yes, Doug Nash is in the house. The bullet, You bet that would have been the way out of this catastrafy. But it's too late, the pistola is empty and so is my pocket. If I change just one fitting, move something just one inch, well hell, that could set me back at least a month or so. Done that a couple times now, and you wonder why I hav'nt posted much on the car. What a nightmare. But, we are packing excellent scrub, 4" of wheel travel, and components to handle the hps. (If we hook up) Man could I tell you some stories on some of the set-up of this thing. If something stikes you as different, let me know and i'll post the pics of whats going on there...........
Thanks you guys. The pedels are swing willwood. 7/8 bore. I had to run through frame fitting under the car to make a clean transition. The throw out bearing is hydraulic, but i'm not happy with its design. I also have a slave cylinder that pulls but looks crude on the frame. So, I am now starring down the gun barell getting ready to modify my 300.00 hydraulic pos. Ain't this supposed to "slip together" . Think I got it all figured...... Heres a pic of the tff's......
Man! That thing is LOW! I like the fact that it has a bulletproof drive train (as apposed to Billetproof) Keep on keepin' on. Sam.
This may sound stupid... what is that frame?? model a??? how did you get it to bend up so smothely in the front???
oh fukken yeah! its like your building my car but properly! what steering are you using?side steer?what box? I reckon 30 31 RPU's are the future-so much more cowl room, plus that funky beltline bit where it curves up to meet the screen.. sorry but im stealing your Xmember design, i like the 'ladder' look and makes running lines thru easier. I hear you on the fitting it all in thing-I spend more time measuring and trying to work out the repurcussions of changing things than i do building!
you must be confused Rudy as I have nothing but praise for this rpu. It's low but I can tell you that Jimmy bounced up and down on the frame horns with all his weight and it still would not bottom out!!1 How's everything Jimmy? Robert
