Social groups

Trying to delete (get out of)some long dead or dying social groups I belong to. Can it be done?

 

Leaving a group and deleting a group are different things. You can leave a group at any time. I believe you can only delete a group when you own it and there are no messages.

I would like to delete ones I started.

 

Sure it can be done.

Go to the social group that you want to leave and across from the name of the group you will see POST NEW THREAD, directly below that you will see SOCIAL FORUM TOOLS -

click on that and a new window will open, scroll down to LEAVE SOCIAL FORUM, click on that and you will no longer be a member of that social forum. easy as pie. HRP
