Up for sale is a very nice Ford 3 speed transmission from the early 40s. Not entirely sure of the year but perhaps the serial numbers in the pictures can help you pinpoint a specific year. This transmission is an open driveline unit so it will be easy to mate with most rear ends. As can be seen, it is a side loader transmission. It goes into all gears nice and easy and the rotation is really smooth. The clutch operation is really nice as well. The guy I got it from claimed it came from a running car.
