No, I took everything apart, cleaned everything and used lithium grease re-installed it in the down position but now it won't go back up.

I'm still fixing little things and I have a couple of 32 five window regulators on hand that I can rob parts if I need to.

To be perfectly honest i can't stay out of the car long enough to fight with that window regulator right now.:D HRP

Somehow I knew something was underway when I read about the Fordor being sold. Great story, proves that this hobby is about a lot of things other than cars. Enjoy the new ride. Bob

Great looking 2 door and a heartwarming story. Think I will try another twice door, it'll be number 6!

If you ever do consider selling it, consider offering a chance to one of its previous owners..........

Danny, When you put the 4dr up for sale all I could do was scratch my head and wonder why................now I know. How special for your departed friend to leave instructions that you should have right of first refusal and you to make the sacrifice of a proven road warrior to make the final detail work. I'm sure your old friend is looking down with a smile of approval and a part of him will be riding with you every time you get behind the wheel.

Frank,I had a hard time making the decision to sell the mordor but I wanted the old sedan back enough to make the sacrifice and I was fortunate enough to make a quick sale,,it was just meant to be my car again! HRP

I haven't been on the hamb much in the past few months and saw Danny's post about getting the 1932 sedan back.

Believe me he has enjoyed this car as much if not more than his 1932 truck and if you know Danny you know how much he loves his truck.

Looks good....Nothing like a deuce sedan as long as you have a deuce roadster to park next to it.

I had missed this story until today, great that you got your tudor back. I've been collecting pieces for 3 years for my tudor project. I hope to have it drivable by mid May 2014. My 50th high school reunion is next June and I'm aiming to drive it back to Vermont for that event.
