It happened pretty fast. I found a car I wanted, but somethin had to give. One call and I had my 33 coupe sold. It's on it's way to Jim Sibley's right now to get some metal work done. It is a tough lil car, but I collected just about everything to put it together. Heres some pics, I had it layed out for the guy to see everything. It took me a lot of time to find and collect all those parts! Sad day, BUT, like I said I have soemthing else lined up. It too is a 33 Ford, but different body style. Should be here hopefully in a couple weeks. Just climbin that "ladder" I guess
Is your new tub the tub that continetal john has? That's a nice project. I want his green and white 32 fiver body
I don't wanna give it up just yet and jinx myself, let me get it home and you guys will be the first to know It's all paid for but I gotta get it here and put my hands on it!
Nope, everything except one door is 1933, but I had a 33 fordor door to make that door a 33 included with it
Yep, it's a 1974 Chevrolet El Camino. Big block, 4 speed and 12 bolt posi. I am a closet Elky guy. It's no 32 Ford, But I can haul *** and garbage to the dump
I don't think the 2 your thinking of would include this. The new car has no top and seats 4. That would narrow it down to 3 options. Add in my options based on what I can afford and it should point you in the right direction.
At least you saved the new car from becoming a roadster! Good luck on it, i love them cars that seat 4 with no top! JEFF
So..........................it's been a couple of hours since your last post. Got the new car done and on the road yet? Frank
I guess that means you'll be coming over here to the west side for the Corvette Swap meet next weekend? You'll be sure to find some parts for your new ride there! At least you should be able to slide behind the wheel in the Elky easier than trying to fit in Josh's roadster LOL see ya soon, Tim
