$750 for two Motors plus Merc Crank. I need to sell two Flatheads to make some room in my garage. One of the two that I am selling started life as an 8CM Mercury motor and the other a Ford 8BA motor. Both blocks were recently thermally cleaned and magnafluxed by the local machine shop (cost me $150 per motor). I then personally pressure tested them. Both will need at least one cylinder sleeve or a sizable overbore but are both good blocks. If you purchase it all you will receive two Ford cranks and one Merc 4" crank, two Ford oil pans, a set of 8BA heads and a set of 8CM heads and two 10" flywheels (one Merc and one Ford). There are two oil pumps, two timing covers, two starters, two generators and one set of exhaust manifolds. There are two sets of 8BA rods, and several valves, valve guides and other smaller items. Obviously you will need some additional parts to put it all together but for the price and considering the cleaning, magnafluxing and pressure testing you would be off to a good start. I am asking $350 per motor plus $150 for the Mercury crank (you must purchase at least one motor to purchase the Mercury crank) or purchase it all including the Merc crank for $750.
