I had seen a few pics from last summer of the patina covered 40 Willys out in California but never knew it was a Solo Speed Shop car. I tried the web site but it had no info so... Solo guys, what is the story of the car? Where did you find it, what have you done to it, and so on? Since it is you guys I ***ume it is the real deal (steel). I missed this car somehow and I love it. Sorry if this has been asked before but doing a quick search I did not find anything. More pics? Anybody? I found an image of a t-shirt on the web but it was not listed on the site. Thanks in advance.
I was looking for better pics inside and out, thats how I figured out it was their car was because it had the logo on the door at the GNRS. The few pics I saw from the summer showed no logo on the door.
I saw that car at SoLo when I was there last summer, I bought my Ranchero from them. I don't believe it's one of theirs (maybe it was, several Willys around, lost track of which one was who's) but a buddys. Met the guy whike I was there but don't remember his name or his buisness name and can't find the card he gave me but he sells Willys parts. I don't p*** out personal info without asking but if you PM me your E-mail address I'll p*** it on to Bill, owner of So-Lo, they're great guys, sure they'll get you the info you need.
