Some of you may know the name "Squeege" he is a well known painter/metal man here in Phoenix. His retirement party was yesterday and I took some pics. Some really nice stuff and a lot of famous faces. I didnt take any shots inside the shop, I thought some of the famous builders might be upset with me "letting the cat out of the bag". Most of you will remember his 41: pics are here: cool pics
Thanks Glen for the Kool pic's......took the whole vission cruise thru your site......lot's of eye candy!!!
Thanks, nice pix. Always loved Squeege's car. Really like that blue Caddy, and the green shoebox from DelMar.
I met Squeege when I was visiting friends last April. Squeege was finishing up Bruce's '36 two door. Bruce and his wife Denise were at the Party for Squeege also. Here is a shot of Bruce's car at Goodguys last fall. I can hardly wait to visit them again in "05.
I should have paid more attention to your post. I missed the link to Squeege's party the first time. Must have something to with getting old.
Doug has been doing most of the painting for several years now. He has his own mixing station and mixes his own colors instead of relying on the manufacturers.
Whew, that's a relief. Those Jergers (sp?) are way too good to be givin that stuff up.. it's funny, I've shot 4 of the cars in your pics (including that breathtaking 48 Buick) and am still trying to get out there to shoot Dore's Caddy. Before the end of the month... gotta find me some more cars! AV8Paul, That 36 seedan.. Bruce Benson? R
