Hot Rods Some help, please?

Hoping someone might be able to ID these fender lights. One has a latch, similar to those over the tank fillers.

I don't see a part number anywhere. They are 12" long and approx. 3" widest

no, the parts don't look the same. They are similar...but not the same.

I was just guessing that since one has a hingy thing on it, that it might be for the rear. But it could be for the front of something.

I'm just grasping at straws here...

(part numbers on the castings can give us a slight clue)

 

Cadillac crown moldings from rear fenders. The one with the spring was for fuel filler access.

 

Yep looks like '41 or '42-'49 series 75.

 

good grief - ***le of thread makes one think that some type of urgent ***istance was needed

 

gotta get these things sold, so he can buy something!
