Just thought I'd share some new pics of my Model A Coupe since I've never posted any good ones since it's been ***embled.

I've been busy with customer work and haven't gotten to do much more to it since the Roundup, but I have been working out some bugs. I've changed the shifter and linkage, clutch master cylinder and hydraulic throw-out bearing, and had to machine the front drums a little more to fit the F-2 backing plates better....a**** other little things.

I've still got a ton of work to do before it's ready for the drags! Anyway here are the pics...thanks for looking.

Chop is 6". The front crossmember is pushed forward half an inch from where it would be on a stock deuce frame, but the wheelbase is 106".

Wondering where you have been and what you have been up to. Glad to hear you are finding some time to tweak on the Coupe. Gotta come stop by one day and check things out. Did you go to a slave cylinder?

Hey B***, don't get pissed at me for asking this but, are you going to paint it this year? Body is coming right along. Sorry I missed you at the Round-up.

Steel or fabric for the roof? I can't see it any way but red with a white canvas roof! But I'm sure you can see it any way you want and it will be bad ***. :D That '32 A-pillar is so killer, it looks awesome with the '28-29 cowl.

Do you still have your to-do list scribbled on the cowl? I thought that was the neatest thing.

It's still running great Glenn! It definitely likes good gas, though. It doesn't do as well on the 93 octane out of the pump...I think I might still need to bump the timing back a little.

I made the headers, and they're not yet finished. I'm still planning on adding a collector, but (****!) they sound good like they are right now. Click here and scroll down to about the fourteenth post for more info.

    Still looking good!!

Have you thought about shortening the rear of the frame at all and tucking the gas tank a little bit more under the rear of the body?

I wanted to do that originally, but the gas tank is right up against the rear crossmember and can't be moved forward without major surgery or loss of capacity.

I'm still planning on metalfinishing the body and painting it shiny black with a white pearl interior and contrasting piping. The top will get filled (steel) with a fabric insert on top of that.

    Thanks guys!

    Looks pretty cool.
But I think the cowl doesn't flow well with the front door post near the top. I'm probably the only one, hahahaha!
Ummm....I don't know, IMO Model A's look better with a visor too.
    Just my .02 Brian.
Still as Bad*** car. Wish I had a HEMI!
