We're in the process of cosmetically refurbing my GMC dually for its new duty in '07 as the tow/push truck for my Bonneville racetruck. MAACO will do the painting on the several acres of GM sheet metal on the 1T, in any color I choose. Thanks to kroozn, the racetruck will be silver matallic with dark blue signage and red stripe outlines and accents. So, I want to keep the tow/push truck complementary to the racetruck without the stress of trying for an identical match. (We'll be shooting the racetruck at the shop of one of my race team partners next Spring.) I'd like to ask someone for a simple rendering of the dually in a single color -- silver, and one with it dark blue from the beltline to the rockers, and silver from the beltline up. Also, the dually is going to be treated to an Eibach 2.5/4-inch drop kit to get it close to the pavement so a 4x4 front air dam will be just a few inches above the pavement, to keep as much air out from under it as possible. I'd like to see what it looks like dropped just that much. TIA for any and all help. Mike Bishop
What took you so long? Damn! You're as fast as you are good. Thanks so much. I don't want to be pushy, but could you redo the two renderings with less drop? Maybe something midway between stock and these bitchin' looking views. Again, TIA . . . Mike
Spot on! I owe you and thank you so much. PM me your snail-mail address with your hot-rod preferences; I have a ton of interesting picture images from my magazine days. Mike
