No, nothing, no tailight lenses, brightwork, badges, nothing. I'm still looking for some decent ribbed aluminum panels for the rear panel. It's not worth reproducing parts for them because they're rare and the demand is low. If I had to do a 100 point resto it would be damned hard.
I beg to differ my man, we have a new addition to the family here at Finksville! Jane went to check her out today and put a deposit down, picking up on Friday. We're going to leave her stock for the meantime and drive her into the ground, and then.... Well, let's just say this thread has been giving me some evil thoughts for quite some time now Paul
Those are really neat cars. I actually found one here in NJ in an old junkyard a few years back. Looks like it had been on the bottom of a pile at one point and it was pretty deep in brush, only one I've ever seen in person. I still have the "product of Ford" fender badge in my tool box. Couldn't help but picture it with a 289 and a 4 speed.
Very nice, Paul, I dig the wide whites, are those Rostyle wheels? It's hard to tell. Congratulations.
Apparently, they are Mark one Cortina style wheels, but I feel a search for 13 inch Starburst/ripple caps coming on
I haven't seen one of those here in Oz. It looks like a 3/4 scale '60 Starliner. Keep going Nads, and post some update pics!
I'll revive this from the dead now that've got Consul Capris myself. Nads car inspires me, what a great looking job he's done. The cool custom touches really add to it. I'm making mine more of a street strip car. V8 powered and such but will probably steal some of Nads interior ideas.
Is that the same bolt pattern as a Falcon? That car is wild, the roofline looks like it came from a 5/8 scale late '50's Exner design. No Euro-trash here, I like it. Later, *****6
Yup, these are unilugs, they'll fit most 4 lugs. The Falcon and Capris are both 4X41/4" The kink in the A pillar is for sure copied right from Exner.
