got my bullet caps for my astros and some new tires...i really like the difference they made


been working on the body of the cab of the fenderless farm truck(TM) and finally got it in some primer,,here it is sanded down ready for its next two coats of high build,,then block it and figure out what color im gonna prime it so i can start putting it back together...



finally,,got this pile running and movable under its own power the other day...


my goal is to get the truck together for the hot rod reunnion in bowling green in june.i think i should do be alright as long as i dont get sidetracked...

yeah,the*****box is running,as you can see from the oil stain all over the driveway in pic 2! hahahaa..man i need to stay away from that ford and focus on the truck,,but i HATE doing bodywork..so ive been using the ford as an excuse..hahaha

 

I didn't know you had a shoebox. What are you plans with it?

 

yeah,don,,i picked it up in december...im just hoping to get it on the road with some 15" widewhites, lower the front a lil more,some fresh primer & a lil bondo,a 51 hood,new seats,replace the busted windshield,hook up the wiring and use it as a daily....done


..damn,,that seems alot of work! hahahah
