Check out this:http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=447741 When I did my 302 AOD swap I used a 1986 Crown Vic driveshaft(other years may be the same length) and a conversion U-Joint NEAPCO 2-0291 this allows you to bolt in up to the Ford rear, and the front yoke will work on both AOD & C4's this will work on 54-56 Ford sedans since they share the same wheelbase, the 52-53's also share the same wheelbase however I cannot verify if this would work on them when doing an SBF swap.Maybe down the road someone using Butch's kit in a 52-53 will share some info.I will put a link to this also in the "Stcky FAQ" for reference;)

Jeff , many time we just get a drive shaft and just cut the rear off and weld a new joint on . We never balance them again and have raced with them with no problems .
So if someone can't find one that will work , just have the rear of the d/s cut off and a new one welded on and you will be just fine !
