    Man dies after being trapped under vehicle






    A Hamilton man in his 20s died Sunday after he was crushed by a car he appeared to have been working on outside his home on the east Mountain.
    Police received a call at 2:37 p.m. for an injured male requesting an ambulance on Ivy Lee Place. When it arrived, the man appeared to have died.
    He was pronounced dead after the coroner and Mountain detectives arrived on scene, police said.
    The man’s family was inside the house when it appeared the car he was working on fell on him, police said.
    Police said Sunday night the incident did not appear su****ious, but the investigation is ongoing.
    The 23-year-old’s family members have asked for his name not to be released.
    Victim services have been called to ***ist the family.

    thats why i put jack stands under a car EVERY time i work on it, it just takes seconds to do and its so simple to do to save your own neck, i feel sorry for the guys family that has lost a member over something so simple.
