It's someones pride and joy, that they put a ****load of work into building. I kinda hope it's not another Hamber who's sitting there reading some of the comments here and feeling like a warmed over turd because people are dumping on his ride.
word... sometimes someones taste doesnt compare to one others.. but... for them their ride might be their coolness... might not afflect my style or vision but might be someone others dreams come true...
It looks like real nice work. Nice body Fenders look like they may have been fabricated especally the back. Most places to not get h***eled you need fenders or street rod plates. The front is more like an older style of altered (60's?) but overall nice work. Everybody doesn't live in the same box.
Different wheels and tires and a stance change would do wonders. There is something to be said for fenders, specially if ya wanna keep it clean...Fido
Maybe he bought it cheap and is tryin to turn it for a buck. From looking at the photos it appears to be NHRA legal.T mans right some of you young guys need to post up your **** so we can see what your buildin and we could all coach you through it so it would be everything you wanted.I just got back from the Hotrod Reunion and I saw **** that looked way worse than this that was built "IN THE DAY" and people were all googlie eyed over it.Most of you have never probably built anything NHRA legal (cept maybe sam and a few others ) that is quite a exspense especially if you cant do it yourself.Truck is not my style but the way I look at it,it is for sale so any of you thats cuttin on can buy it ,change it and post it and then we will comment on your work.Rant over Shoe

every proportion is off on that thing which makes it wierd. I know..its a conglomerate (sp) of all makes and models fromt the 30's
The body looks good to me. Its weird having that axle out in front, but no rake, though. I second that it would look a lot better with big and littles.
I kinda think it has potential. It reminds me of a g***er. I would stick on a 34' grill shell slanted back, with a moon tank up front, 12 spoke halibrands on the front, bearclaws or Indy's on the back with cheater slicks, and paint the entire thing pale yellow with the black cage. I would also try to find an I beam front axle and have it chromed and take about 4" out of the top. Then the engine....needs cooler looking induction at least. At least 3-2's. Personally I would swap in a early Hemi with lots of carbs and run no hood.
