So, it's the busy time of the year for the upholstery shop. Deadlines are looming and the 14 hour days are gettin' OLD. After supper the other night, it was back to the grind. I wandered around the shop, looked at what I should be doing... found an excuse to change a few lightbulbs... wandered around some more. Then I found myself staring at the chassis I aquired months ago. Needless to say in minutes it was on jackstands.... and just as I began planning how to lift the body by myself with the engine hoist, Junk Runner Jr. dropped by! Shortly, it was in place, & we had the makings of a hot rod.... THANKS Jason!!!
Side-tracked from that too!!!! It's in the corner of the shop... all of the suspension bits and pieces will be used on the coupe. Dad tells me I have Old Car A.D.D. I suppose he's right! You guys gonna be in Columbus???
Sounds like somone is just trying to stay away from the pregnant wife Is that the 3b coupe? Old car ADD? Of course not, I'd know nothing about that... Brian
missed you at the rally in the alley! sounds like you're swamped i love those......i've really got my hopes up on a trade for a 34 coupe....that used to be my grandpa's hot rod in the late 40's....setting in a barn ever since....kills me to think about it sitting there right now....all alone.....needing some affection........done...
Maybe...I'll know more next week. I'm looking at a new place and that may strap me down for a bit. Keep us informed on the coupe. I hope to be starting my roadster soon. Clark
