Somewhat newbie to the hamb trying it again

Discussion in 'New to the H.A.M.B.? Introduce yourself here!' started by scott_crawford, Nov 16, 2014.

  1. Ive been on a few times and I have sent a few and read a lot. I started a build with my 54 a couple years ago and wanted to make a build thread but never did. I've since worked on it quite a bit and gotten it to the state its in now. When I got it, it was only a body with a ton of missing parts. I'm writing today to try and motivate myself in keeping this build on track. I havent done a whole lot in the past year as I moved and where im at now the car was parked on gravel. This week we poured concrete and I got a lift installed so hopefully this will help me to move forward and start to make some good progress over the next few months.

  2. This is where she is right now. Mustang 2 front end, air bags all around, full 4 link, quite a bit of sheet metal work to be done and I am also planning to chop it a bit.

  4. Hell yeah man, we could hook you up at your new place!

  5. Picked up a 69 corvette 350/350 today for the 54 hoping this will get things rolling a little quicker. I'm gonna strip the paint and gonna go with a gun metal grey instead of orange.
