I guess I should have introduced myself before I started posting. I've been lurking and reading through threads for few weeks and had some time on my hands so I started posting.

Anyway, live in NorCal, own a '55 - '57 Chevy pickup 327 powered amalgamation...registered as a '56. Also own a '57 GMC and just bought my daughter a '58 Apache project. Have been wrenching and building for years, have owned 30 or so cars personally and had about 20 "family" cars on top of that. Would LOVE to build a true traditional Salt Flat style 392 Hemi powered Duece Sedan Hiboy one of these days. So, hello HAMBers...thanks for the board.

I have an extra tailgate but not sure I can part with it - I need to see what shape it's in as well. I'm****uming you need a "good" gate, right? Or are you looking for garage art? A friend has 2 GMC pickups as well and extra parts...I'll see what he has, but being a fellow Jimmy guy you know these are hard to find...
