After searching and searching online cant find it, so I will disgrace myself and post and off topic post. I have a GM serpentine belt system on my 350 sbc in my 53 effie (I guess that would be the trad part of the post?), it is an older system a 1 piece metal bracket, not the 2 piece aluminum. Anyhow I have had it for a couple of months, the serpentine system was not installed when I bought it, I installed it and had brackets/rods left over I could not seem to figure out where they went. It works fine, but the tension of the belt kinda forces the power steering part of the bracket to bend inwards towards the fan (if that makes sense). Doesnt look too safe.. Anyone know of a website with pics on how the serpentine should look, or maybe have this system in there chevy and tell me where all these brackets/rods go. The only rods I used were the ones that connect the tensioner to the water housing on the intake, everything else was left over. This came from a late 80? suburban I was told. Thanks
