Technical Souping up a Model A

    No, a stock A head is around 4.2:1, and a C head is 4.6.

    the c head uses a flat head style pump... so lota change from min. hp

    No, not stock.....align bore for inserts, add thrust provision, yes and that can be done to an A as well....

    All these people trying to invent the flying automobile and all they had to do was drive a Model A 76 MPH.
    I used to drive my 1929 Model A with the 671 blown SBC above 75 MPH and don't remember flying but I do have a pilots license just in case the FAA tries to ticket me.
