Does anyone know where I can get the hinge style in these photos? I would prefer a flat strap hinge that I can bend and trim. I can make them myself but that will be a lot of work.

Do a ggogle search for Austin Hardware out of the Kc area. They sell truck body stuff.

No luck there. All I could find was short hinges

No wonder trucking is so dang expensive. Everything on there starts at overpriced and goes up from there. Plus they didn't have what I needed.

    Thanks for the replies.

Check out some old Landcruisers or Jeep CJ/YJ/TJ tailgates, hoods and doors. All different styles and versions of flat and strap hinge that might work for you.

Some of the Jeep stuff is cast but most are bent steel and could be modified to use.
They LOOK like vehicle parts too. Not something you bought at Home Depot.
I have some new Wrangler main door hinge pieces that will make deadly exhaust hanger brackets but could still used as a cool hinge if you wanted.

I'm using 6 YJ gate hinges on my swing open shop doors! LoL :D
