Technical Spare tire irons ID

Good morning and Happy 4th ! Some of my pops parts I'm going through . Need some help with some spare tire mounts. Who's who and who goes together. I tried posting on the FB but can't load pics . These need a new home.Sorry if this is in the wrong spot . Thanks for any info . MP
