Picked up a set of older NGK plugs, they must have spent some time in humidity over the years. They are all like this. Got 'em at a good price, but will this hurt anything? It's between the shell and the ceramic, and probably, I'd guess, extends deep. Do plugs ever "leak" compression g***es??

Just depends on how deep the corrosion is (if at all).
If water leaked all the way thru the seal, you'll obviously have compression leaking between the shell and the porcelain in short order.
If it turns out to be just at the top like an I-6 will have rust in the same spot...should be no problem at all.

Pretty simple really, just run them...see what happens.

That's what I figured. Supposed to be good plugs, wanted to try them.

Use them, what have you got to loose? They either work or not.
