I noticed that in April, I had 20 years of membership on the HAMB. I'm not of consequence to most here, just another person who builds autos. I had done 20 years with drag racing, more than 10 years with motorcycle touring and was looking for my next hobby. I use that word loosely because I'm kind of an "all in" person. Most of my forum acquaintances I have met at the Salina car show. I have had some great conversations with some of the regulars on here. The 20 years passed in about 2 heartbeats. All of the old people know what I just said. When you look at how many forums have come and gone, anything that lasts this long is quite an accomplishment. It takes good admin and good members. Congrats to all who contribute.
I was told there would be cake and punch? Happy anniversary anyway. I meant to ask in previous posts, what is the WFO GUY meaning in your avatar?
I started posting on the HAMB in 98 or 99. When Ryan made big changes in 2001 I was slow to sign up again so I have a high member number. 191
Gee and I was thinking that WFO was the next level of UFO congratulation and a tip of the hat to 20 more
Congratulations, and I totally agree with you, It does take top notch administration for a web site like The Hokey As Message Board/Hamb to survive and continue to improve each and every day. 22 years here. HRP
