That reminds me, as a first timer, were is it that everyone without rooms "camps"...is it the bend in the road? Is that underwater?
VERY! wise words Gary. Even "Salt Away" ain't going to help in that kind of stuff!! Here's hoping it dries out a bit more! BTW - Anyone renting a car in SLC; make SURE you wash it it WELL before you turn it back in. Most of the rental companies put a clean-up surcharge on the rental vehicle if they see it's been at / on or IN! - the salt !!! (can be as much as $100.00! - or MORE!)
Don't be a fuckin wimp Mike, there is very little water at the end of the road now, we just got back in and everyone is taking their cars out there. JUST DRIVE SLOW. Most of that will be gone by morning anyway. See ya tomorrow. BB
As of last night there was about 2 inches about 100 yards out and it was going away fast. I'll bet it's gone by now, 8:00 am. the rest of the salt is EXCELLENT. BOB
I go through a pair every two years mainly because of Bonneville. I'm skipping it this year. Not enough vacation and money for all the racing I want to attend.
