I just finished putting a T5 in my '64 f100 and now want to hook up the speedometer. Two questions. One, where could I get a mechanical speedo drive unit(is there a part # for it) ? Two, where could I get a cable from. It needs to be longer and have the two different ends. Thanks in advance for your help.

Try emailing Scott's Speedometers in Pontiac, Michigan. They can make you a cable for almost any application. www.scottspeedometer.com

Go to the section called "speedometer World"
Great service, bought my t-5 speedo stuff from them.

The T5 in my AV8 connected to the stock Model A speedo using a Model A cable. Pretty easy. The only problem I have is, it only goes up to 80 MPH....beyond that I'm just guessing......
