I'm looking to increase the reading on my speedometer. (turbo 350, mech. speedo). I'm now using the green ring gear (6 teeth)inside inside the tailshaft of the transmission, and the grey drive gear (22 teeth). I need to increase the reading on the speedo about 7 to 10 mph. If possible I'd like to just change the drive gear only. Would a gear with (fewer teeth?) be the answer and would it mesh with the ring gear?. If not can anyone recommend what combo would increase the speedo reading? Thanks, Craig S.
