Anybody ever used one of Speedways 1 pc. crank seals? I know from dealing with them in the past you have to be careful what you buy from them, some of there***** is junk. I need one for my flattie, and theres seems to be the only game in town without using the rope again.

No comments about Speedway's seal, but it isn't the only game in town. Off the top of my head, Red's Headers sells one and I know there are others. http://www.reds-headers.com/html/more.htm

Thanks for the heads-up on Reds, I'll probably go that way.

I'm using one from Speedway and no problems. It's probably made by the same manufacturer as the other sources.

Get the seal from Red's. It is a better seal than the one Speedway sells. Mac's Antique Auto Parts also sells one. Either the one from Mac's or Red's is the way to go.
