@Moriarity do you know if that axle is one of the ones Ford themselves twisted? I remember also seeing a picture where they had one of the cars suspended by a single wire wheel spoke.

 

Spent 5 hours the day of the HUB show covering the museum on my Travel Scoot. Only live 100 miles away and am a museum member so have free admission any time. It's just keeps getting better.
