History Spence Murray / Moon Equip.

Hello Peoples,
I have a question I'm hoping someone can answer. Does anyone know if Spence Murray the hot rod journalist ever worked for Moon in 1959? I have a bill of sale for a 1956 Chevy V8 sold to Moon for $1.00 and "due consideration" that I found in my grandfathers belongings. It was with some invoices for an engine build he had done by Moon in '59. I'm trying to figure out if my granddad sold them the engine before his build. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
