I love this roadster.....
Anyone have a better picture of the front mags and what brand are they????..... Thanks for everyone's input...

 

They are early series Halbrands.

 

A big issue with spindle mount mags is they were designed for racing. They wont accept brakes unless you modify them. A rotor needs to be adapted to them. Caliper brackets need to be made etc. Driving with only rear brakes on thd street is very dangerous.

 

I do understand that those are illegal for street use, I just wanted to see some better pictures of those.... Thanks...

Great n cool for drag race cars,neat for show only cars too. Looks awesome. Was real cool even on the street back when other cars driving around ya had drum brakes. Today on the street,used by a few is a crash pretty soon! Cool stuff has it's place.

 

I adapted brakes to my five spoke spindle mounts. Its alot of work. I have been driving and racing on them for years. They work great.

 

Check American Rebel Wheels. They make spindle mounts that look virtually the same as the ones you posted.
